ARTiculate is Back
Sorry for the silence!
Hello!
I hope you are all well and, depending on where you are in the world, finding the seasonal transition a positive one. It’s been more than a minute since the last newsletter, and it turned out I ended up taking a much needed unplanned summer break from writing these weekly emails and posts. I say unplanned because nearly every week I reminded myself that I needed to send one, and I’ve had an edition sitting in drafts for weeks! It started with a bout of writer’s block and feeling unsure how to approach what can be a sensitive subject for some readers—that being funding rejection. Another factor has been adjusting to a new schedule with starting a new job, balancing ongoing freelance projects, lifestyle changes, and new caring responsibilities. I’m getting there with managing the changes, as well as the shift from summer to autumn, and as I do, my mind is opening up to more things I’d like to share with you.
It’s also been so heartwarming to have engaged with a number of subscribers in person over the past few weeks who shared how much the newsletter has helped, and how much you enjoy it. It has meant a lot and has been a real motivator to get back into a regular routine again.
Here’s what to expect:
The weekly newsletter will return from next Monday (22nd September), at the usual time of 7am. The newsletter sitting in drafts will be the first: It’s Not Rejection, It’s Redirection – Part 2.
Fortnightly opportunities listings will restart on Thursday 2nd October.
From 1st October (with booking slots released next week), I’ll have capacity for two one-to-one sessions per week up until the New Year. The reduced cost of £25 for subscribers still applies, though for transparency, this will increase to £35 in January (still a fraction of my usual client fee). Sessions will remain one hour long.
If you’ve had an ARTiculate one-to-one with me this year, you’re guaranteed a slot outside of the two sessions I am advertising a week, before 18th December if you’d like to book in for end-of-year plans, catch-ups, or reviews.
Looking forward to connecting with you all regularly again.
See you next week!
