Taking a Pause

I am currently in a period of rest and recovery following a recent health-related event, and will be taking some time off from work. This includes a break from writing this newsletter.

I am looking forward to sharing the new Double Shift interview series about the reality of working multiple jobs as an artist, on my return—lots of gratitude to the artists who gave their time to be interviewed about their working life before I signed off.

To those who took the time to send thoughtful email responses to last week’s newsletter, which amplified how important a topic the reality of artist income is—THANK YOU! A big thanks to those who recently patronised the newsletter through optional donations too. I will be in touch directly with proper responses when I have recovered.

Regular weekly newsletters will resume in the next couple of weeks, all being well recovery-wise.
